Bloodhound MPN Comprehensive Validation Set

This Validation Set contains 20 blinded control samples (at least 3 mutant, 3 normal alleles per gene), and pre-plated MPN panel plates. Results are verified with a key for panel accuracy, sample positive percent agreement (PPA), & negative percent agreement (NPA).
