HemeScreen® Cytopenia

Precipio’s HemeScreen Cytopenia Panel offerings screen for clinically actionable somatic mutations in targets of interest related to Cytopenia. This Research Use Only (RUO) assay is specifically designed to screen for mutations using High Resolution Melt Analysis in ASXL1, DNMT3A, RUNX1, SF3B1, WT1. The HemeScreen™ panel pre-plated plate contains the components, including Wild-Type controls, to perform PCR amplification followed by High Resolution Melt Analysis.
