Ilan Danieli
CEO

Ilan Danieli has served as Precipio’s CEO since founding the company in early 2011. With over 20 years managing small and medium-size companies, some of his previous experiences include COO of Osiris, a publicly-traded company based in New York City with operations in the US, Canada, Europe and Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund; and in various other entrepreneurial ventures. Ilan holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Ayman Mohamed, MD
CTO

Dr. Mohamed is one of the co-founders of Precipio, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPO), and currently serves as Precipio’s CTO, as well as the laboratory’s Technical Director. In this dual role, Ayman is responsible for the entire process from conceptualization and invention of proprietary technologies, through design and development, economic cost analysis and modeling, testing and validation; and finally, the technical implementation of the technologies for clinical use in Precipio’s laboratories. Ayman has been responsible for the development and introduction of ground-breaking products such as IV-Cell™, HemeScreen®, and ICE-COLD PCR™. Prior to Precipio, Ayman served in various technical and research positions in both commercial diagnostic companies as well as academic centers such as Yale University. Ayman is also a certified CAP inspector. He holds an MD and a Masters in Human Genetics.

Miri Chiko-Radomski
Chief Legal Counsel and People Officer

Miri Chiko-Radomski is an advocate with extensive international legal experience from Sweden, England and Israel specializing in advising on equity capital markets matters, general corporate matters, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, day-to-day securities law and company law issues and M&A transactions. Miri hold an LL.B. from the University of East Anglia and an L.LM. from King’s College London. A well-established ability to guide the often complex projects and contracts with several international partners under time pressures while maintaining focus, integrity and professionalism, oftentimes having to adapt into new fields of law and languages, in order to continue to provide legal advice, are the key strengths that I use in my daily work. Miri is dynamic and commercially driven individual who is constantly looking for the best approaches and creative solutions to problems encountered with business needs at the center. Miri’s international background both professionally and educationally has given her a great cultural insight when doing transactions in different markets around the globe. Miri puts emphasis on establishing and maintaining professional and good relationships with internal teams and clients to secure good future cooperation.

A. Zaki Sabet
COO

A. Zaki Sabet has been with Precipio since co-founding the company in 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He holds over 12 years of experience in laboratory management spanning all fields of reference laboratory operations primarily focusing on cancer diagnostics. Prior to Precipio, Zaki has served as a consultant with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for many years as well as several diagnostic companies in setting up their specialized cancer testing operations. Zaki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Matthew Gage
Interim CFO

Matthew was appointed to Interim Chief Financial Officer of Precipio, Inc. in March 2022. He served as Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis of Precipio, Inc. since joining the Company in June 2017 following its acquisition of Transgenomic Inc., where Matthew was the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis since 2014. Matthew has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance for private and public companies.

Keith Meadors
Senior Vice President, Products Division

Keith Meadors serves as Precipio’s Senior Vice President with the Products Division. He brings to Precipio more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and leadership experience with an additional 13 years of dedicated laboratory diagnostics experience. Previously, Keith was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fresenius Kabi, a global health care company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies. Prior to this role, Keith held several roles at Hospira, where he was Distribution Manager, Manager, Pricing and Strategic Contracting, and District Sales Manager. Keith also worked with Becton Dickinson Diagnostics Systems, a global leader of products and instruments used for diagnosing infectious diseases, in a variety of marketing, sales, and business roles. Keith earned his MBA from Texas Christian University and his Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University. He holds Executive Certificates in Professional Achievement in Leadership and in Sales and Marketing Management from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. He has completed his Medical Technology training at Rex Hospital School of Medical Technology and is ASCP Board Certified.
