Ilan Danieli

Ilan Danieli has served as Precipio’s CEO since founding the company in early 2011. With over 20 years managing small and medium-size companies, some of his previous experiences include COO of Osiris, a publicly-traded company based in New York City with operations in the US, Canada, Europe; Laurus Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund; and in various other entrepreneurial ventures. Ilan holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Ilan has a private pilot license, plays the saxophone, and possesses infinite love for his horses.

Ayman Mohamed, MD

Ayman Mohamed, MD

Dr. Mohamed is one of the co-founders of Precipio, and currently serves as Precipio’s Chief Technology Officer. Ayman is responsible for the entire process from conceptualization and invention of proprietary technologies, through design and development, testing and validation; and finally, the technical implementation of the technologies for use in Precipio’s clinical laboratories. Ayman has been responsible for the development and introduction of ground-breaking products such as IV-Cell™, HemeScreen®, and BloodHound™. Prior to Precipio, Ayman served in various technical and research positions in both commercial diagnostic companies as well as academic centers such as Yale University, and also served as a certified CAP inspector. He holds an MD and a Masters in Human Genetics.

Miri Chiko-Radomski

Miri Chiko-Radomski
Chief Legal Counsel and People Officer

Miri Chiko-Radomski is an advocate with extensive international legal experience from Sweden, England and Israel specializing in advising on equity capital markets matters, general corporate matters, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, day-to-day securities law and company law issues and M&A transactions. Miri hold an LL.B. from the University of East Anglia and an L.LM. from King’s College London. A well-established ability to guide the often complex projects and contracts with several international partners under time pressures while maintaining focus, integrity and professionalism, oftentimes having to adapt into new fields of law and languages, in order to continue to provide legal advice, are the key strengths that I use in my daily work. Miri is dynamic and commercially driven individual who is constantly looking for the best approaches and creative solutions to problems encountered with business needs at the center. Miri’s international background both professionally and educationally has given her a great cultural insight when doing transactions in different markets around the globe. Miri puts emphasis on establishing and maintaining professional and good relationships with internal teams and clients to secure good future cooperation.

Ahmed Zaki Sabet

A. Zaki Sabet

A. Zaki Sabet has been with Precipio since co-founding the company in 2011 and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He holds over 12 years of experience in laboratory management spanning all fields of reference laboratory operations, primarily focusing on cancer diagnostics. Prior to Precipio, Zaki served as a consultant with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) as well as several diagnostic companies in setting up their specialized cancer testing operations. Zaki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Matthew Gage

Matthew Gage

Matthew was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Precipio. in March 2022. He served as Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis of Precipio since joining the Company in June 2017 following its acquisition of Transgenomic Inc., where he served in the same role since 2014. Matthew has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance in private and public companies.
