
Frank Bauer, MD
Dr. Frank Bauer has served as Precipio’s Medical Director since 2018. He completed his residency and fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and was appointed as Director of Hematopathology at Walter Reed with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Bauer joined the pathology staff at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in 1996 as Director of Hematopathology and taught medical students at UCONN and Quinnipiac Medical Schools (1996-2018).

Gail Bentley, MD
Dr. Gail Bentley is board certified hematology and in clinical and anatomic pathology. Dr. Bentley received her residency training in Pathology and went on to complete a Hematopathology fellowship at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Bentley was asked to join the staff of the Detroit Medical Center as a staff Hematopathologist following her completion of her hematolpathology fellowship, and was there for 11 years attaining the status of Associate Professor of Pathology. As a staff hematopathologist Dr. Bentley was the medical director of flow cytometry and the medical director of coagulation. Dr. Bentley was very active in education of pathology residents, and the hematopathology fellowship program at Wayne State University. Dr. Bentley served as the course director of Hematology at Wayne State University School of Medicine, and the Medical Director for the Anatomic Pathologist Assistance program at Wayne State University. She served as a delegate for the Wayne County Medical Society for numerous years. She is currently a member of several professional organizations including the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology and the American Society of Hematology. Dr. Bentley joined Precipio in December 2019.

Jason Willis, MD
Dr. Jason Willis is a board-certified hematopathologist with over 15 years of experience in both tertiary and reference lab settings, with a specific focus in flow cytometry. Dr. Willis completed his medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, residency at Parkland Hospital, and fellowship at UTSW. His areas of expertise include Histologic and flow cytometric diagnosis of acute leukemias, chronic myeloid neoplasms, lymphoid malignancies, plasma cell neoplasms, and related disorders. Dr. Willis is also focused on detection of minimal residual disease by flow cytometric methods, and the integration of clinical, cytogenetic, and molecular data in the diagnostic and prognostic workup of hematolymphoid malignancies. He is a member of the International Clinical Cytometry Society, ASCP, CAP, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Society.

Hina Naushad Qureishi, MD
Dr. Hina Qureishi joined Precipio Inc. as a hematopathologist with 18 years of experience in clinical practice and training residents and fellows at academic institutions. Dr. Qureishi was a faculty member at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha (2012-2022) and an Associate Professor of Pathology. She was the section medical director for the hematology core laboratory at UNMC, medical director of University Health Center Laboratory, director of hematology core rotation for residents and chair for the clinical competency committee for hematopathology fellows. She was the director of flow cytometry and hematology laboratories at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha (2007-2012) and the director for M2 Hematology/Oncology course at Creighton University School of Medicine. She is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College and completed her anatomic and clinical pathology residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center, a surgical pathology fellowship at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis and hematopathology fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests include lymphoma, leukemia and myeloma, flow cytometry, laboratory hematology and quality/workflow improvement.
